After installation finished, restart your PC and then press F8 to run in Safe Mode. Go to Start > Run , type regedit and click OK. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\KasperskyLab\protected\AVP11\environment
Look for SkinSwitchDisabled, double click it and change its Value data from 1 to 0
Restart the Computer and Program and Press [ Shift + F12 ] to switch English Language interface.
Voila! You should see that the Activation Key is successfully installed with the expiration date 1 year ahead and the product interface language has been changed to English.
In fact you don’t have to run in Safe Mode, just simply disable KIS 2011 Self-Defense, all the actions can be done in normal mode. However, since the product interface language is chinese, it may be a little difficult for you to find the option to disable KIS 2011 Self-Defense. So, Safe Mode is a nice choice.
