To block a specific keyword : Type your keywords -torrent (for eg: you want to block "torrent" from search results with a minus (-) sign before it)
To block a site : Type your keywords -site:blockthiswebsite.com (site:website.com shows you search results from only that site. using along with (-) removes results from that site)
